This is the lower unit of the new property where I had renovated the upper unit.  Originally I was only replacing the laminate floor in the hallway and back bedroom that was water damaged AND FRESHEN UP THE PAINT, however upon taking up the floor it was discovered that a substantial mould issue was present and all of the flooring in the entire unit had to be removed.  It was discovered that the bathroom was built on a wood platform and the toilet and bathtub were leaking under it.  As a result, the entire bathroom had to be gutted and replaced.
